    The Practice Support Specialist will serve as a member of the Information Technology Department and Practice Support team. This position will be an integral part of our Practice Support team, implementing cost-effective technology solutions with a focus on trial preparation/support, case management, and eDiscovery for multiple practice groups. This position reports directly to the Director of Practice Support.


    • Prior experience in the “hot seat” at trial is required.
    • Able to attend trial in-person, traveling to local offices, and performing occasional work assignments on evenings and/or weekends as needed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Excel (data analysis, data manipulation, formulas, hyperlinks, etc.), image manipulation, bookmarks, and combining/splitting documents in Nuance PowerPDF, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
    • Well-rounded understanding of the legal case lifecycle.
    • Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with those less tech-savvy.
    • Ability to work individually and within a team environment; being receptive to input and able to compromise when needed.
    • High School Diploma.

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Prior experience working in a law firm setting (or with an eDiscovery vendor), working on multiple cases simultaneously.
    • Prior experience using Relativity as a power reviewer and/or administrator.
    • Takes initiative, obtaining and maintaining a working knowledge of relevant practice areas.
    • Dependable; keen organizational and time management skills.
