  The Sr. Paralegal is responsible for providing legal counsel and direction associated with the acquisition and development of new restaurant locations. This person will report to a Director leading several New Restaurant Development regions. The right person for this role will have experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including understanding the typical deal lifecycle, real estate documents and acquisition closing and lease commencement process. This position also requires the skill and proficiency to substitute for the in-house attorney, including managing and providing direction to outside counsel, issue spotting and knowing when matters need to be brought to the attention of in-house counsel.

  
  

  As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $134,000-$144,000. This pay scale takes into account a wide range of business factors and may change over time. Of note, this role will be based out of Irvine, CA, and the location, related cost of living, experience, and other factors will be considered when setting compensation.
