Column Formatting Options
When indexing case data using Microsoft Lists, the power in the list is in the column formatting.
Think ahead for “filter” and “group” options.
List View Options
If your list is for storing case milestones that must be met within a certain time or by a deadline, viewing your Milestone Management list, for example, would be beneficial to view in Calendar format, as it would aid in visualization and help to prioritize day-to-day operations.
